Hi Everyone! Just to keep you updated, in response to the Government restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are making the following changes within The Roller Door Doctor, we are no longer accepting payment by cash or cheque.

After careful consideration, we have sadly closed our office to the public for the time being. If you wish to purchase parts we are able to post them out to you or they can be collected by prior arrangement.

Please understand, and do not just turn up at our office as there may be no one able to assist you. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We are still available for bookings at this stage and will continue to adhere to safe hygiene practices.

To all our wonderful customers, rest assured all of our team are taking precautions and all necessary steps to sanitise and clean to keep everyone safe during the COVID 19 pandemic.

It is currently business as usual until we are told otherwise. We ask that if you have a booking with us and are feeling unwell or have been overseas or around anyone who has, to please reschedule your appointment.

If you are experiencing issues with your garage door and are intending on making an appointment, we encourage you to book as soon as possible bearing in mind we are uncertain as to how long we will be able to help as we may have to close temporarily.
